Enrollment / Sales Officer
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Location: Narellan NSW
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 Package
Role Mission:
The Enrolment Officer will bridge the gap between sales and customer service by
effectively guiding parents through the selection and enrollment process, ensuring high
satisfaction and optimal class placement for their children.
Role Outcomes:
● Engage with interested parents to understand their needs and recommend
suitable swim programs, leading to informed and satisfied enrolments.
● Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets through effective follow-up and
relationship management.
● Maintain precise and up-to-date customer interaction logs in our CRM system to
ensure continuity and quality of service.
Competencies:
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and
influence decision-making.
● Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
● Ability to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.
● Balanced skill set in sales and customer service, with a focus on long-term
relationship building.
